The Thang:

  • Mosey to breezeway of the Elementary School (around back). Modified Iron Pax Challenge. Box Jump to every other pole for 2 Burpees, 2 Big Boy Sit Ups, 2 Lunge Jumps. Once at the end of the breezeway, bear crawl back to start. 4 sets of this.
  • Mosey to the Island of Love for the DORIAN workout:
    • D – Derkins (x 19, IC)
    • O – Overhead Claps (x 19, IC)
    • R – Heel Raise Squats (x 19, OYO)
    • I – Imperial Walkers (x 19, IC)
    • A – Abs, (feet raised, sit ups, x 19, OYO)
    • N – Nose Bleeds, run to bleachers by the softball field.
  • JEEP workout:
    • J – Jump Squats (x 19, OYO)
    • E – Erkins (x 19, OYO)
    • E – Erkins (x 19, OYO)
    • P – Pistol Squats (x 19 second hold, each leg, alternating between each PAX member’s count)
  • Mosey to the rock pile for American Hammers with a medium sized rock AMRAP while each PAX member ran to the speed bump and back.
