YHC was asked to Q last week so of course YHC accepted. The Farmville 5k was this morning and I know it kept Tiny Dancer away so I wanted to have our own 5k that would be harder. As Cold Cut would say it’s just running.

The Thang

Mosey to the start line of the conference champions home course. Performed 20 dips OYO and the 5K was ready to begin. Started the 5K off with 10 burpees and then we were off! I will list all the pitt stops we made on the way.

  • Visitor benches ( 15 urkins, 10 Clorox merks, 5 durks.)
  • 7’s at tennis courts with WW1 and WW2
  • Rocks ( Curls, Tris, Squats all IC)
  • Practice soccer field ( Lunge to midfield then bear crawl other half)
  • Half Dora at hill with flapjack run up and down hill 50 murks 100 hallelujahs 150 overhead claps
  • Four corners at tennis courts ( Flutters, LBC, Freddie Mercuries, had to skip 4th and mosey back)
  • 10 Burpees back at start line then mosey to flag.

Moleskin: Great push today by the PAX! I know not everybody likes running but they knocked it out today without to much complaining. Awesome to have Wall Street, keep posting brother!
