YHC took a pinch hit for Wall Street. Wall Street has an ankle injury so praying for a speedy recovery for him. The workout went something like this.

Warm-Up

  • SSH (IC)
  • Good Mornings (IC)
  • Murkins (IC)

The Thang

  • Mosey to the rock pile for curls for the girls (IC 100)
  • Mosey to the track (Bartman informed us gate was locked so we took detour to baseball field) most of the PAX jumped over the fence. However one PAX member decided he was going to run around baseball field instead of jumping fence.
  • 7’s across the football field with 4 ct monkey humps/Squats. Indian Run lap on track
  • 7’s in the end zone with Mule Kicks/Jump Squats with a bc one way and back peddle the other. Indian Run lap on track.
  • 7’s from goalpost to goalpost with dry docks/wide arm merks. Al Gore for 6.
  • Partner up: 1 partner will run lap around track while other partner holds B2W ( if you drop down you do 3 burpees) then flapjack.
  • Mosey back to the flag ( Even Tiny D jumped the fence this time) for Mary.
  • Bartman- Flutter Kicks (IC), Tiny D American Hammers (IC), Magic LBC’s (IC) and Pothole Freddie Mercs (IC)
  • 3.7 miles logged
