YHC believes that the spirit of Warrior is one of mercy. Warrior understands that YHC may not be at his best every Wednesday but that the “mercy” that is given is the PAX! Men with a Mean Mean Stride who can push YHC the same way they Push The Rock everyday. It’s Warrior and 1 or 40 that spirit was definitely present with the 8 PAX who posted in the gloom this morning. Thank you Sky Q for the mercy that is the 200 bpm, max speed of 10 mph and my brothers most of all. We circled up around the virtual flag and we were off like a dirty shirt.

Partner up. One partner Chillcutts while other runs to bottom of hill. Flip Flop when partner returns.  (Square Pants pushed YHC on the uphill. Dude can sprint!)

Partner up with same partner and while one partner chases down the “Blue Light Special” the other does AMRAP Foot Release Squats, Dips, Step Ups. 2 rounds Al Gore for the 6. Round 3 straight through.  (Stitches takes the lead and YHCs heart rate was pushed by Rim Shot, Polar, Triton, Roll Call and his partner Hot PUrsuit who was running like he stole something.)
