Back to Westside we go!!   I have thoroughly enjoyed The Oval Office on Friday especially during BRR season, but it was time to make a appearance back at Westside.  I reached out to NoIdeer, and today was the day for the Q.  The workout went like this:

We went through the 5-7-9-7 plan.  That would be the rep count for each of the exercises and it would be a total of 4 rounds.

Round 1:

Somoan Burpees(These were a real hit.  I promise they came from Fruity!!!)

Mule Kicks

Plank-Jacks

Round 2:

Gorilla Burpees (Burpee+ Pull-Up) (Thanks Abu!!)

Flutter Kicks

Round 3:

Reverse Burpee (Thanks Abu!)

Ranger Merkin

American Hammer

Finish with sprints on the soccer field.
