YHC made a debut Q at West Side Story, and wanted to keep things mixed up with a deep dish supreme special (apologies for the lateness of the post)

Warm up:

  • Side Straddle Hops x 20

  • Don Quixotes x 10

The Thang:

Started with an easy Indian Run, followed by a second lap that included a stop at each break for the following exercises (including lunges on the short side of the Church):

  • 10 burpees
  • 20 merkins
  • 20 squats
  • 10 burpees
  • 20 merkins

Wen to the middle entrance, where we did a refreshing dose of 11s with BTTW with Shoulder Taps on one end, and Squat Jumps on the other.

No tapping out for this crew as we moseyed to the baseball diamond, where we partnered up to finish strong with DORA

  • 100 merkins
  • 150 crunches
  • 200 squats

YHC ran out of time for some extra servings, but ended promptly at 6:15 after prayer requests (baseball tourney travels, vacations, injured pax, and ailing family members) and announcements (sasquatch reminder)
