The thang: Wam up- SSH, good mornings, arm circles, high knees, butt kickers. Indian run around the church. Mosey to the soccer field for Red Barchette w/ 100 SSH, 75 mountain climbers, 50 LBCs, 25 Merkins, 10 burpees. then mosey to baseball field for field of dreams (squats, merkins, lbcs). finished up w/ triple check and 7’s (bench dips/step ups). mosey to the flag for 1 minute of mary (flutter kicks).
COT- prayer requests- King pin, Abu’s dad, PAX travelling to Star Course in Charlotte today, Fruity Pebbles sister and husband traveling back to Italy,
