YHC volunteered to Q The Westside on a slack poll about a month ago. Wanted to have a workout mostly on the baseball diamond since the Bucs open the postseason today. It went something like this.

The Thang

Warm-up: SSH (IC) Sun Gods (IC) 10 burpees (OYO)

Mosey to the baseball field and partner up. One partner holds people chair while other bear crawls to first base and does 5 merkins and run back with a flapjack. Would go all the way around the bases. After we hit the homerun we would do the same concept except with running to RF,CF and LF except with squats. Took longer than expected so we busted it to the playground for 11’s with Pullups and dips. 6:15
