The West Side is always fun with many possibilities due to the size and diversity of the AO. I have been focused this summer on PT and after the first week of Football conditioning I was ready to give a serous beatdown.

  1. Warm-up – Pledge, Good Mornings, Circle of Merkins
  2. Indian Run – once around the school and church
  3. 7’s across the soccer field. Merkins on one side and Derkins on the other.
  4. Bear Crawl the penalty Box
  5. 7’s in the playground – Swerkins and pull-ups
  6. Parking Lot- Make our way across the parking lot stopping at each line comppleting five of one of the following: Squats-Merkins-Burpees
  7. Dora – Parking Lot to Shelter: 50 Merkins, 100 Squats, 150 Plankjacks
  8. Back to the flag for Mary!

Prayers: Many guys going thru illness, family issues, job changes etc. Pray for all Pax.

Announcements – Grow Ruck November in Pinehurst.  Should be a great time.
