Fruity asked. YHC accepted the ‘Call’. I caught up with the ECerz: Fruity and Stabler to continue hoofing it with them. And, although Bambino was not here, I recall the idea of knowing what can or is going on in a man’s life if time is spent side by side, listening and sharing………………So, I was the unknown Q today at WESTSIDE. Intro provided. Disclaimer provided (Wanted to begin with the Lord’s Prayer and our Pledge of Allegiance, so, do it in the silence of your hearts or out loud).

We ran..ish to the soccer field, side by side along the side line doing warm ups involving: Merkins, Good Evenings, SSH, Abe Vigodas (Don Quixote’s cousin), just slower.

Ran…ish back to the side walk area, counting off by 2’s. Two lines sitting facing each other, arms interlocked and completed WWII’s. Team 2 decided on a last down YHC called to stay down, lol. It was probably around #31. Somewhere after this Aqua-Man wanted to ‘coming’ 2 side #1, so we welcomed him; Pot-Hole (I think some collusion must’ve happened with you in the mix).  Competed with two teams. And then we Flap-jacked with the coupons. Truck Tire (with toting sticks, properly demonstrated) and 2- 50 lb buckets. Both were Farmer Carry exercises. Each member would carry coupons about 40 yards, set them down, do 5 WWII’s then return with their coupons for the next PAX in line. Those in line waiting were Squatting.

Butkis barked and we responded with excitement about this time doing rapid step ups on the curbing, 4 ROUNDS, 1  minute each  (yhc qing 4x straight, tested myself to do it) of Butkis. NoIdeer, ran the famous Philly Steps where Rocky ventured. Way to go deer. Thanks for sharing that! The Pax wanted more towels to be thrown in. Throw the Damn towel…

Next: Single file in our lines, a Pax would Bear Crawl about 40 yards, do a burpee, run backwards and tag the next Pax. The rest of the Pax were squatting until each took a turn; Cousin IT has his blinker on right turn going down, but came back straight.

Dirkins on the Curbing was the next pleasure IC of 25. So then, While backing up, where I thought was flat plain grass, was my big ‘ol truck tire. It just up and bit me in the buttocks. Comic relief has its rewards among the PAX. At least I didn’t say, “Follow me!”

Next: Partner Merkins-25 OYO; odd man did shoulder tap merkins. YHC then leads the Pax in not ‘absolutions’ but Ski something in Asspen, Keep those Glutes tight for 10…ish.

I got my monies worth today. We did have some fun. There were no 69’s happening. I don’t know if anyone expelled gas; usually someone would have a response if that happened. But, not at WESTSIDE today!

Rappel.

YHC prayed us out: travel mercies; upcoming Easter; Duff’s family member-cancer treatment; Easy-Rider on a Rx; injured/sick Patch and members; this Nation. Jesus is the Hope of the Nations.

Announcements: Lunch today 11:45. The Book, ‘Freed to Lead’. Upcoming fund raisers. Get involved, give back. We’re Blessed.

Cold Cut, out!!
