About 6 weeks ago Fruity asked me if I could Q a date in April, I saw that 4/19 was Good Friday so I HC’d for that and started a plan.  More in the MoleSkin..

Pulled up at 525 and Fruity Pebbles and Grout were finishing up EC Ruck. Planted the flag and we circled up.

Disclaimer and Warmup: 15 SSC IC, 10 Good Mornings IC, 10 cotton pickers IC.

The Thang: I then gave the PAX some history on the Via Dolorosa.  This is considered the route that Jesus took from Jerusalem to Golgotha where he was crucified.  It’s a little more than a half a mile long.  After some more research on that day, it is thought that Jesus carried a cross(beam) called a patibulum.  Its estimated it weighed between 80-110 pounds.  So I went to lowe’s and picked up a 4″x6″x8′ and we had our patibulum.  Any pax that had a rucksack in their trucks grabbed them and we rotated carrying our patibulum for a half mile trek around the church grounds. We also had some kettle bells to tote.

We dropped our coupons and headed to the soccer field. Partnered up for DORA: 100 WW1, 200 Hallelujahs, 300 squats. Then we four cornered the soccer field: 25 Carolina Dry Docks, 25 American Hammers, 25 mountain climbers, 25 ranger merkins. We moseyed to the storage shed and BTTW while one PAX ran around the shed and then the next PAX took off. Finished up the workout with soccer field gassers, down and back at 100%.

Moleskin:  One thing my M and I talked about this week was how Jesus knew exactly what was going to happen to him on the day of his crucifixion, but because of his love for you and I, he did it anyway.  That’s love men.

Happy Easter Pax
