YHC was ready to get back to #WestSideStory and immediately took the first open Q on the schedule! The lil ole tire has looked mighty lonely, that it had a smaller one join it. YHC checked out a few other possibilities of things to be used while picking up Muggsy from Bball practice. Knew the PAX were a little weak, but didn’t want to scare too many away with a Tweet saying it was the hardest thing they will have EVER done. When YHC arrived, that was it now one else. Started to think is this going to happen 2 Q’s in a row??? Fruity Pebbles and YHC have worked out at the same AO’s all week and he said he was coming. Then he and Duff showed up at the same time. Duff mentioned that Joker was going to come too, which made things better since we were going to partner up…

Figured FP and YHC would partner up since we have worked out together all week anyway and Joker/Duff because they are great friends.
The following challenges were done for 2 minutes and then on to the next one:

Pallet Overhead Carry 1 Minute/Mountain Climbers 1 Minute
Lunge Kettlebell Pass Thru 1 Minute/Side Straddle Hops 1 Minute
Ruck Merkins 1 Minute/Maktar Njaide 1 Minute
Sevens (the running one)
Rinse and Repeat the Challenges above.
Instead of Sevens we did 30 Bleacher Sit-ups IC.
