After a disclaimer and clarifying that this was not Q school, some might think it is a demonstration of what NOT to do.  I really did try my best on the only cadence of the day:

Warm up: 25 SSH in cadence (and close to correctly called) then a run around the church

The Thang:

  1. Baseball season:
  • Mosey to home plate of the baseball field at the back and partner up for “Catch me if you can”.  Partner A starts a mosey around whole field.  Partner B does 10 merkins, then runs to catch B.  Flap Jack.  Stop at home and run back for the 6.
  • Again with 10 squats.
  • Again with 10 LBCs.

2. Soccer Season:

Mosey to the Soccer Field for 11’s… Derkins and Foot release sit downsBurpees and get ups…. Karaoke one way and run the other

We had to stop due to time at a little after 6:00.

3. Basketball Season:

Mosey to front of church for 10 min EMOM meets four corners

10 get ups from your back, run to the next corner.  We did that for 5 rounds and switched to 20-30 LBCs.  We started with 20, but on the last sets we pushed harder to 30 and up.
