Moleskin: YHC tried to keep today’s workout a little lighter on the legs with the 5K/10K at 9. With all the options on Saturday’s I’m always thankful for the men that show up and choose kettlebells. It is such a versatile piece of equipment and one I have fallen in love with. To call out Wimpie, he showed up for the mumblechatter and got his butt whooped. Yet after he was thankful for it. A lot of times we don’t want to choose the harder thing but are glad once we do it. Feelings follow actions. Keep showing up, keep getting after it.
