Warm Up – Start Rucking

The PAX started rucking towards the commons. The routine would be pretty simple, and it went something like this:

  • Ruck 1/3 of a mile
  • 3 exercises of 14 reps each led by Chimi – Ruck Merkins, Ruck Squats, OHP
  • Ruck 1/3 of a mile
  • 3 exercises of 14 reps each led by Stabler – SSH, Curls, Tricep Ext
  • Ruck 1/3 of a mile
  • 3 exercises of 14 reps each led by Haavaad – Ruck upright rows, V Ups, Australian BTTW
  • Ruck 1/3 of a mile
  • 3 exercises of 14 reps each led by Patch – Catalina Wine Mixers, Plank Jacks, Flutter kicks
  • Ruck 1/3 of a mile
  • 3 exercises of 14 reps each led by Skynyrd – Dips, Goblet Squats, Zip Line/Bear Crawl (this was fun)
  • Ruck 1/3 of a mile
  • 3 exercises of 14 reps each led by Landline and Beaker – Lunges, Crab Walks, and THE BEAKER (NEW EXICON)
  • Ruck back to #116 (roughly 1/3 of a mile)

YHC enjoyed this Q. The group at 116 is always a blast. Tons of mumble chatter always keeps it interesting. As we continue to deal with the social distancing due to COVID-19, please make sure you keep your fellow PAX in your thoughts. Reach out to a brother and check in, see how things are going. The solitary confinement hits everyone in different ways, and some more than others. As hard as it is been, and will be for most of us, always know that this too will pass. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Stay strong, both mentally and physically. This is what we were all built for. This is why we train. Show that leadership in times like this.
