With the Go Ruck Tough looming we decided to ramp up the training a little bit.
Lynyrd, Haavad, Patch, Stabes, Joker, Gable, Sophie&Gracie and YHC Met for EC at 0600
When we arrived back at the flag the rest of the PAX were ready to go so we lined up coupons- heavy bag, hose, keg and sandbag
Ruck to the fountain on campus with a time hack and safety instructions. About 5 minutes in we had a safety violation so there was a 10 burpee penalty IC. We arrived at the fountain and did not make our time hack so we had a quick debriefing.
Time to head back but first put all coupons in the fountain, fill the keg with water and all PAX get in the fountain and submerge your feet.
Same time hack to make it back. We did a much better job on the way back and crushed the time hack..the reward was Mary with rucks off.
