YHC planned on low numbers today since much of the ENC PAX went east to help out our brothers and sisters with hurricane recovery.  However there was rucking to be done.  Since YHC was committed to helping my parents clean up the massive amount of debris in their yard later in the afternoon, I stayed behind to lead the ruck.  Bench joined us for EC and had to leave to coach volley ball so we replaced him with Soft Shell and hit the road.

The Thang

Noticed a new parking deck in Uptown Greenville….at least new to me so we rucked to the top.  15 Curls*, 15 Tricep Extensions, 15 Flutter Kicks, 15 WWII with ruck.

Back down to ground floor and rucked to the familiar parking deck.  Ruck to top for 15 Curls*, 15 Tricep Extensions, 15 Flutter Kicks, 15 WWII with ruck.

Back to ground floor and rucked to river. 15 Dirkins, 15 Irkins

Ruck back to shovel flags and had 4 minutes to spare so we did pull ups until muscle failure on monkey bars.
