EC ruck at 0600 for 3.25 miles.

Started with a Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.  Warm up: small arm circles front 15 IC, small arm circles back 15 IC, large arm circles front 15 IC, large arm circles back 15 IC, good mornings 15 IC. I was a little challenged with my cadence this morning as over half the pax had on sunglasses which is not normal for the gloom (made me nervous cause i couldn’t see what they were looking at).  The gloom isn’t that gloomy on  “spring forward” day.

PT: 20 squats ruck overhead IC, 20 4 ct flutter kicks IC, 20 Ruck high pulls IC, 20 4ct mountain climbers IC

Pair up and grab a sandbag.  Two man sandbag rotation with Tap calling the rotation.  Rucked to parking deck on 4th St.  Stopped at the top for a repeat of the PT.

Ruck to town commons in same pairs rotating the sand bags.  Stopped at the town commons and repeated the PT exercises for the 3rd time.

Ruck back to flag with sandbags and partner rotation.  Time was getting tight so shuffling seemed like a good idea.

Fourth round of PT completed at the Flag.  We ended up with 2.25 miles of rucking with the PT.

COT: Praises for Ratched making it through the crash.  He is blessed.

I can’t thank of a better way to finish the week and start the weekend than rucking with my F3 brothers in the gloom.  Thanks to you all for showing up and working hard.
