YHC was happy to step up when Stabler asked me to Q with the passing of the site to Lynyrd. This site is in great hands and excited about where it goes from here.

We started out with some PT.

  • Merkins IC (4 count)
  • Burpees (broad jump over ruck)
  • Squats IC (4 count)
  • Lunged from flag to side walk and back
  • Bear crawled from flag to side walk and back

Then we rucked, to the right, leaving 116 with 3 KB’s and a ruck plate.There may or may not have been mumble chatter about relocating the AO to avoid wrong turns.  We rotated through all the weights once in farmer carry style. Then is rack position. We moved at a comfortable pace logging over 2.5 miles. The 2nd F was strong!

Arriving back at the flag to repeat how we started with increased reps.
