Start off first and foremost The Pledge of Allegiance followed up with a couple rounds of warm-ups

The Thang

Split up into 2 teams and partnered up within the teams.  First exercise, bear crawl to the first log/pole, X10 merkins while the remaining PAXS did brick curls.  Curl pole/log X10 and mosey to piece of wood, curl 10X, mosey to block/wood partner drag 20 yds.  LBCs until the 6 finishes.

Second was partner overhead press log/pole X10, ground to overhead piece of wood X10, partner throw block/wood 20 yds., plank for the 6.

Third was end over end press log/pole, urkins on wood X10, and press block/wood X10.

Fourth traveling brick burpess.  With a brick in each hand, drop down and do a burpee, take two large steps, and do another burpee.  Rinse and repeat for 50 yds.

Fifth was a variety of arm motions with a brick in each hand.  Curls, flies, triceps extensions, and press.

Last but not least was a 60 for 60 with a coupon.  Some PAXS chose to do ground to overhead with the wood and others chose the log/pole.  This is a constant movement for 60 seconds without stopping.

Oh and by the way, this was all done with a ruck on.
