Cousin It tapped YHC to start of 2021 at a Boy named Sue a few weeks ago. I said yes without hesitation and wanted to get all the PAX involved in this workout to start out the year. It went a little something like this:

Warmup Lap aaround the Parking Lot

Workout was each Pax picked an exercise and we went around the circle and each PAX did their exercise as well as did the cadence. We started with 12 of each exercise, 11, 10, then 9

Spinal Tap – Thrusters
Lynard Skynard – American Swings
Cousin IT – Snatches ‘of course’
Bench – V Ups
String Bean – Overhead Gorilla Press
Matlock – Curls
Patch – Lawnmowers
Candy Cane – Jump Over Burpees
Skipper – Tricep Extensions
Ricky Bobby – Upright Rows
Cheetah – Goblet Squats
Abu – Russian Swings
Wimpie – Merkins
