Tonka reached out in January for Q’s for Sue. YHC set the date and the location and it went something like this.

Warm-up: SSH(IC), Good Mornings (IC) and take all your equipment to the track.

The Thang: A simple workout with simple instructions. Run a lap around the track and then with your KB perform 10 Russian swings, 10 thrusters, 10 WW1’s with KB and 5 burpees. Then ruck up with a brisk walk on the curves and a shuffle on the straights and then repeat the KB workout. Would rotate between rucking and running every lap for a 35 min AMRAP.
