Blueprint’s Surprise

  • Mosey around the parking lot
  • Tired Arms. 12 count ladder with curls and tricep extensions. Hold KB out in front between stations. (50 yard spacing)
  • Mosey around the parking lot.
  • Goblet pass ( alternate plank for 3 pax and switch to squat position for 3 pax) – pass the KB from  front to back. Pax in the back runs it to the front and resumes until all pax have completed
  • Mosey around the parking lot
  • Amrap – 5 merkins / 5 v-ups with KB for 1 minute. 2 rounds
  • Mosey around the parking lot.
  • Amrap – 5 merkins / 5 v-ups with KB for 1 minute. 2 rounds
  • 30 spinal tap flutter kicks IC
  • 2 minutes of broga to stretch it out.
