Boom!  A Boy Named Sue Q is always a good workout and Tonka put it out last week looking for Q’s to fill out the calendar.  I found a date that worked, and today was the day.  I put it out to some of the running guys like Shake and Gazelle and Gazelle showed, but Shake wasn’t able.  I tried to headlock a few other fartsacking PAX, but I guess the rain and the bed overtook them this morning.  Nonetheless, the 6 of us got after it this morning.

The Thang:

10 Good Mornings

Run to light pole to shake out the legs.

Directions were simple- 10 Reps of each exercise for 10 minutes or 10 rounds.  Every round the 10 minutes came first, but all got at least over the halfway mark.

Praise- Today is my M’s and I anniversary.  Happy 7 years and still enjoying being around each other even through all of this quarantine stuff!

Announcements:

Virtual PAX lunched Tuesday and Friday’s still going, but not much participation.  Once we are able will start a Happy Hour on Thursday’s.  Look for details soon.

Next Monday for Memorial Day will more then likely be the Murph, look for details on that.

What a good morning to get up and get after it.  I am thankful for many things, but most importantly this group.  When Tonka mentioned today is the anniversary of Papa Smurf passing I really started thinking of F3 and the impact it has had on my life.  The biggest thing that I think of is the relationships and bonds I have been able to form with my brothers, but also my home life with my M and 2.0’s.  If you know a FNG or know some guys that are struggling to shake the Quarantine sleep in schedule etc…. then reach out and let them know how great this is, and for the Kotters remind them how awesome F3 can be.

Challenge for this week…..Reach out to 2 guys that have not come in awhile and let them know you would love to have them back out.  I still remember that conversation with Cousin It after I had stopped coming for a little bit, and just the gentle reminder that were still working out and we would love to have you back out!
