Chest Press x 3 to Elbow (part of Turkish Get Up)

 

Round 2 we did 10 reps but did doubles instead of triples

Swing x 2 to Tater Thruster

Row x 2 to Snatch

Chest Press x 2 to Elbow (part of Turkish Get Up)

 

Round 3 the PAX thought we were going down to 1 but I threw a curveball and we went back to triples

Swing x 3 to Tater Thruster

Row x 3 to Snatch

Chest Press x 3 to Elbow (part of Turkish Get Up)

Moleskin: Sleep is paramount. YHC typically has a cutoff point where if I’m not asleep by 9:30/10 then I don’t do F3 in the morning. The baseball game put me way past my cutoff point but I made a commitment to Q and honored that. The PAX knew it was a trap when I told them we were only doing 3 exercises. Each set of 10 came out to 30 reps of the first movement and 10 reps of the second one. I really was planning on dropping down to 2 and 1 but with 10 minutes left thought the PAX could handle another triple, which they did. It created some chatter but we pushed through and finished right on time. It was great! Thanks FIN for getting me out there.
