YHC was talking about scheduling Q’s a few weeks back and Bedtime Story volunteered himself for today!

Warm-up

We did a few exercises.

The Thang

Moseyed to the center of the park. We alternated between 10 Different Merkins, then mosey down the decline to do an Ab exercise. We rinsed and repeated several times.

We then Moseyed to the Shelter. Here we did several exercises and several rounds of them.

We then Moseyed to the Parking Lot. We lunged between the lines and did merkins on the lines. We karaoke’d back and forth once we reached a certain tree.

We then Moseyed back to the #ShovelFlag. Here different PAX led Mary.

Requests were mentioned and Bedtime Story closed us in prayer.

Lunch was at China 10, we had a good number. Join us the next time there is a chance to dine with your brothers!
