3 PAX made it out to the gloom for a workout to Atari their weekend.
Warm up: side-straddle hop, good mornings, good evenings, cotton pickers
Ran to the circle between the baseball field. Did 3 sets of 20 squats, lunges, and monkey jumpers. We ran to the second light pole and back between each set.
Then we ran to the picnic table and did 3 sets of irkens and dips. We then did Hallelujah’s in sets of 3.
We then went back to the flag for merry.
Prayers: Redbox’s wife’s cousin, injured Pax, and people with family or have Covid themselves
