The Thang (Fight-Gone-Bad):

5 Rounds For Total Reps in 29 minutes

  • 1 minute Wall Ball Shots (20/12)
  • 1 minute Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls (75/55lb)
  • 1 minute Box Jumps (18″ in park bench)
  • 1 minute Push Press (75/45 lb)
  • 1 minute Kb rows (35/20) or seated row machine for calories
  • 1 minute Rest
Perform 1 minute of work at each of the 5 stations. Move immediately to the next station after 1 minute. 
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. One-minute break is allowed before repeating each round.

Short run to the parking circle with 5 minutes to spare.
