10 Studs posted for Week 1 of the Iron Pax Challenge. This one was simple. The warm-up consisted of a few reps of each exercise. Then the Q set the EMOM timer so we had a beep every FREAKIN’ minute.

Here is the Thang:

  • 3 burpees EMOM
  • 50 Hand Release Release Merkins
  • 100 Leg Raises
  • 150 Jungle Boi Squats
  • 200 Big Boy Sit ups
  • 250 Single Leg Lunges

Top Times were: 31:30, 31:40, 33:30, 33:35, 33:35.001. All these studs did great work. This one was worth it. Ma Bell is a great proctor. If you loose count, go backwards to what you remember – it’s a bummer to get old.

Life if good – do this again…in a couple of weeks.
