IT Rained

These Q’s come up so fast… RedBox confirmed with YHC about the Q on Tuesday! Never fails that when there is one Q there is another following right after (more on that later). YHC was just hoping he wasn’t going to be alone after the forecast. YHC has learned not to depend on the forecast more and more. String Bean continued his mile for the Stars and Stripes Streak and Silverado did some EC Rucking (but not enough for credit?). The whole workout was planned for the shelter, but here’s what happened…

We did one lap of a Scout Run.

One Partner does 50 SSH as the Counter

We did 1/2 lap of an Apache Run to the Center of the Park.

We met at the Picnic Table, where’d the others go???

One Partner does 40 Hallajuhs as the Counter
Other Partner does Dips
Rinse and Repeat till the Q Says So

We did a short mosey to the top of Mt. Boyd Lee

One Partner Runs to the Fire hydrant and back as the Counter
Other Partner does Alternating Lunges
Rinse and Repeat till the Q Says So

We did a short mosey to the Playground

One Partner does 30 Mountain Climbers as the Counter
Other Partner does Pull-ups
Rinse and Repeat till the Q Says So

We did the shortest mosey to the Shelter

One Partner does 20 Plank Jacks as the Counter
Other Partner does Picnic Table Sit-ups
Rinse and Repeat till the Q Says So

We did the longest mosey to the #ShovelFlag for 5 Minutes of Burpees since Frank the Tank was late

One Partner Sprints to the 2nd Tree and Mosey’s back as the Counter
Other Partner does Burpees
Rinse and Repeat till the Q Says So

We got the Parks and Recs guy to join us, he gave praise that all is good.

Bookworm mentioned his M and 2.0’s making deliveries on the roads today.

Silverado mentioned his 2.0 returning today.

Psycho mentioned his M is just a few weeks out from delivering 2.2!

Good to see a good group show today, only one PAX HC’d and he didn’t show… Listening is always the name of the game, YHC had to repeat things a few times because it didn’t sink in for some! This is always the biggest challenge when you are the Q! Thankfully we were all together and no one got lost. We avoided the rain, but you wouldn’t be able to tell that by our shirts!
