With a last minute Q request by Hiny (who owes 5 burpees per Pax, although with the FNG included, i consider that a bonus, so definitely looking forward to his 30 burpees), YHC decided to revisit Monday’s session at Breakdown, and tweak it up a bit for Blast Off, especially for our repeat Pax

Warm up:

  • Side Straddle Hops x 20
  • Good Mornings x 10
  • Good Evenings x 10
  • Collard Pickers x 10

The Thang:

Started with an Indian Run, keeping everyone together for the duration

Moseyed to the shelter, where the Pax took a sizable serving of 11s with dips on one side of the benches and merkins/urkins/durkins (player’s choice) on the other side.

From there, we headed to the rock pile, where everyone wisely chose their rock this time.

In place (same rock)

  • Curls for the girls x20
  • Tricep extensions x20
  • Goblet squats x20
  • Overhead press x20

Then shifted a rock to the right for each exercise to do 15, then 10, of each exercise above.

Moseyed to the star for some DORA of 100 merkins, 150 crunches, and 200 squats.
