I had advertised this as a old school workout where guys would come from all over with numbers close to 20, we would have a ton of mumble chatter and everyone would finish the week off right with a solid workout and fellowship.  I rolled up and patiently waiting, and the thought came to me am I really going to be the only person at a workout at BLP.  Luckily a few REAL men showed in the cold with Popeye being the realest of OG’s present!  IT went like this:

Squats x15

High Knees x15

Indian Run with the flag until I said stop at the playground equipment.

7’s with burpees near the umbrella and pull-ups.  Bad day to forget the gloves for me!

Continue mosey to next intersection flag in hand for animal races:

Bear Crawl to the light pole.

Duck Walk to the light pole.

And the newest Cheetah.  The cheetah is a simple all out sprint to chase down your prey.  We sprinted to the circle in the middle of BLP! I had mentioned it was the last one, but being Q you can add one!

With the flag in hand mosey back to the start and finish with a half mile run and 2 ab exercises.
