I have had this Q lined up since about the beginning of the year, but with abruptly leaving town for my Mamaw’s funeral then the Rona it has been rescheduled twice!  So third times the charm, I originally was supposed to Q next week, but a last minute beach trip meant I needed to switch and not reschedule!  Thank you Gazelle for switching and thankful for the mighty 6 that posted!

Mosey to the drive way for our old friend Lt. Dan.  I modified since I am a ELA teacher and just did 1 lunge and 1 squat all the day down the drive.  Too much counting the other way and when your the Q you can do that!

Mosey to the picnic shelter for 3 rounds of:

10 Irkins

10 Dirkins

10 Step ups

Then mosey to the backstop for a Balls to The Wall and Peoples Chair 10 count

Lastly, time to venture to the trails of BLP!  They are always a hidden adventure that rarely get used, so with an OG workout it was time to visit them.  At each outlet we did

Truth be told I was exhausted last night so really struggled coming up with a workout and had wished I wasn’t the Q so I could take the morning off.  I knew I had to, so got up and got going and really glad I was the Q this morning.  Days like this make it easy to stay in bed, but when you Q you have to post.  It is no secret that I have become a “runner” and working at becoming a KB enthusiast, so Qing a bootcamp presented a different challenge for me as it has been awhile Qing with no weight.  I was able to see some guys I have not seen in awhile such as Bookwork, Frank the Tank, and Baby Ruth which make it rewarding.  It is easy to get in a routine and justify not posting at other places, but that is where the magic can happen and reconnect with guys to don’t typically see.  Break up the routine and try something new!
