One of the hardest workouts this year was THE MURPH during Memorial Day. I thought I would pay tribute by doing a modified version of this beatdown for today. We had an FNG so modification was had but we still worked hard.

Mosey around the circle by the entrance and headed to the gym bars.
10 pull-ups (had partner to help if needed)
20 merkins
30 WWI
40 Squats
Moseyed towards the tower by the b-ball fields and came back to repeat above.
Repeated 3x above

Mosey to building for 10 count people’s chair and 10 count balls to the wall.

Headed to flag for a round of Mary’s – Each Pax chose exercise.
