This Qing opportunity came a little last minute as Hiny put something out Thursday morning on slack looking for a Q. Well YHC waited a little while to see if others stepped up then realized I had planned on posting at Blastoff anyway so no reason not to. Later Thursday, I got a text from Pied Piper asking if I was up for a EC sandbag ruck. Well of course that is the best plan I’d heard all week. YHC arrived to BLP to find mi compadres from the F3 Custom Heavy sans See Thru all ready to carry some sandbags. Great 2nd F. YHC bailed on the last half a lap to put out some cones. We returned to the flag to find others gathers.

5:30 disclaimer and Hard start and right from the initiation of the workout the mumblechatter got going.

The Thang:

Mosey around the sidewalk to the exercise equipment for the start of deconstructed Jack Webb’s

5 Burpees OYO

5 Alternating Shoulder taps IC

5 Plank Jacks IC

Mosey to the next intersection

10 Merkins IC (proper cadence too Bono)

10 Alternating Shoulder Taps IC

10 Plank Jacks IC

Mosey to the cone placed in the grassy area

Bear crawl from to the 2nd cone (30 yards)

Line up from here for over/unders to the 3rd cone (pax plank and the last pax moves to the front by alternating over one pack and under the next) Repeat this back to the 2nd cone.

Bear crawl back to the first cone. Cones were retrieved so pax began to wander back toward the parking lot. But alas! That was not part of the plan.

Pax then planked up for caterpillar to an unknown end point. YHC called stop and then caterpillar back to the start point.

Mosey to the other side of the poles to the parking lot.

Switch and continue to the end of the dirt road. This was clearly stated however others continued to the ditch. I think Bono was trying to take his partner into the weeds for ?? but YHC noticed and called them back.
