Q called circle up,  welcome and the disclaimer was given, 5:30 and Go Time!

Warm Up:

Pledge of Allegiance, Good Mornings IC, 10 Arm Circles Forward IC, 10 Arm Circles Reversed IC & 10 Good Evenings IC

The Thang:

After warm up the PAX moseyed to the traffic circle at the entrance and lined up side by side (socially distanced of course) and were given instructions.  While the PAX performed an exercise AMRAP the first in line ran a lap and got to the back of the line.  Then the next went and so on until all the PAX had made the circle.  The exercises were SSH’s, WWII’s and Plank Jacks.  Later Fin and I discussed this round and he decided to call it the NASCAR since running around the circle was all lefts!

Next we all picked up a rock from the rock pile.  The PAX were told to choose wisely because they would keep their rock for the next exercises.  We moseyed over to the tree line with our rocks over head.  Once there each PAX was given the opportunity to pick an exercise with the rocks and call cadence.  After the exercise we were to lunge to the next tree (Appx 20yds) with rocks over head.  Eventually each PAX called two exercises (except Couch Potato because I took his second turn) as we made our way down the tree line and back.  Pax were told to Mosey back to the rock pile with rocks overhead and then to return them.  Next we moseyed a short distance to the parking lot.

In the parking lot we partnered up for a round of DORA where we performed 100 Merkins, 200 LBC’s and 300 Squats.  While one partner put in reps the other ran down the lot and back to switch up.  Once complete we moseyed to the wall for a 10 count each of BTW’s and Peoples Chair.  Back to the Flag!
