YHC hadn’t been to blast off in a while so it was good to be back. We had a good mix of newer PAX and longtime regulars, so good diversity overall. Great way to start a Friday!

Mosey to the wooden fence posts… bear crawls from one side to the other, modification was walking lunge

Round of Mary to wrap up: flutter kicks, box cutters!
