Warm Up:  Pledge; 10 SSH; 10 High Knees; 10 Butt Kickers; 1 Burpee For Fun

The Thang:

(1) Mosey to the traffic circle at the entrance for some Jack Webb’s in the grass.

(2)  Mosey to the center between two softball fields and line up on the fence for Triple B’s (Balls To The Wall; Bear Crawl & Burpees).  Each PAX calls 5 seconds BTW, then bearcrawl to the sidewalk and do 5 burpees (3 rounds)

(3) Mosey to the picnic shelter for Triple D’s (Derkins, Dips & Donkey Kicks).  10 Count of each (5 rounds).

(4) Mosey grass near the flag for 5 rounds of sprints & abs.  Round 1 sprint and 50 flutter kicks; round 2 sprint and 40 LBC; round 3 sprint and 30 WWII; round 4 sprint and 20 american hammers; round 5 sprint and 10 WWI
