Follow YHC to the small rock pile, grabbing 2. Begin at intersection 1. Single File line with rocks. Begin Walk around pressing Hallelujahs with the rocks in CADENCE (IC). Each PAX Member taking a turn. At next intersection, rocks down, do 20 WWII’s.  Proceed ‘Rockin’ and praising (IC). We continue with this, hitting all 4 intersections (Burning Parts for sure). Return the ROCKS.

Round 2: The TIRE comes into play. Each Member flipped the Tire 5-10 times, while the rest would complete Imperial Squat Walkers following the Flipper, heading around the BLP Track again….almost. Rotate. Everybody had 2 turns. Good Form to not hurt your back.

Roll into Center court. Tire down. People’s Chair for Rest, with Count. Dirkins and Irkins on the Center Wall, Rinse Repeat. Roll on back to SF. Tire in TRUCK. Circling Up. On our 6, where each were able to practice and call out exercises to finish up. Flutters, Box Cutters, Merkan Hammer, WWI’s.

Reminded the PAX I was here not to please them but serve God …Galatians 1:10.  Beat Down and admission paid as the men worked hard today.
