Short movement over to the driveway directly to the building. YHC explained we would now do the Army PT test, as promised on Social Media that testing would take place.

1 Mile (return for the six when complete). 1/2 Mile in Candy Cane showed, but he did his mile!

2 Minutes of Merkins Tabata Style. Switch every 20 seconds, Non-exercising Partner counts reps and keeps partner accountable to true form (chest to ground and all the way up).

2 Minutes of WWII Sit-ups Tabata Style. Switch every 20 seconds, Non-exercising Partner counts reps and keeps partner accountable to true form (back to ground and all the way up to knees). Right before this started YHC’s app, wanted to start charging. We were able to work around, but of course the mumblechatter got going.

2 Minutes of Burpees Tabata Style. Switch every 20 seconds, Non-exercising Partner counts reps and keeps partner accountable to true form (chest to ground and all the way up to Jump/Overhead Clap).

Choose a new partner and come get coupons from YHC’s truck. Both CMU’s were used, 35lb KB, 20lb+ Ruck Sack, and 30lb Ruck Plate.

One Partner will run to the office window and back while the other partner does the following:

20 Merkins (yes, more)
20 Bicep Curls
20 American Hammers
20 Tricep Extensions
20 Weighted Squats

When the Partner returns they will start from the beginning. When the original partner returns, they start where they left off. If the reps are finished, start from the top.

Was awesome to come workout again and be amongst brothers. I was pushed and wanted to make sure the PAX pushed each other. Not a lot of details or moving parts to this one.

Lesson learned, buy the App again. Had it before, but some reason it didn’t restore!

Friday’s at Boyd Lee traditionally have always been a low number of PAX. Bono and I look forward to getting guys to come out and push themselves to grow this workout! Missed this one, see you next week!
