Circle the 1/2-mile track, stopping at each intersection for merkins and situps. Varied at one corner with imperial walkers and squats.

To the rock pile for curls, tricep extensions, squats with rock. Rinse and repeat.

Picnic shelter for 11s with tabletop situps and stepups.

Back around the track again to the flag, then finished up with a few more merkins and Peter Parkers.
