WARMUP

• 15 SSH IC
• 15 Good Mornings IC
• Indian Run around the ball fields

THANG

• Partner up.  Mosey to the trees near the ball field for some Dora 1-2-3.  Partner 1 runs the loop around the closest ball diamond while Partner 2 exercises.  When Partner 1 returns to starting location, flapjack until all reps are completed.  Reps and Exercises:  (100) American Hammers, (200) Squats, (300) Flutterkicks
• Mosey to the wall of the building for People’s Chair – 5 count per PAX
• Mosey to the restrooms for People’s Chair – 5 count per PAX
• Mosey to the shelter for a ladder of “ins” (Merkins, Dirkins or Irkins, PAX choice) 5, 10, 15, 20, 10 and 5 count IC (yeah, we skipped 15 count on the way down)
• Mosey back to the restrooms for People’s Chair – 5 count per PAX
• Mosey to the corner of the building for People’s Chair – 5 counter per PAX
• Circle Up

• There were many prayer requests this morning, and I know that I’ve missed some:
  • Bono and his family – death of his mother-in-law
  • My friend Kirk and his family – death of his father
  • String Bean – challenges with buyers and sellers and difficult conversations
  • Candy Cane – pending news with job
  • Bedtime Story – friend with cancer

MOLESKIN

It was good to be back in the gloom.  When Cousin IT asked me to Q, my text said “sure” but my body wasn’t feeling “sure.”  I was seriously concerned about whether or not I could still deliver a good beatdown.  We put in a lot of hard work and I believe everyone was smoked by the time we got back and circled up.  TWhen YHC announced that the exercise was “ins,” either merkins, irkins, or dirkins, String Bean immediately asked about Munchkins.  YHC won’t go into the details about this, but let’s just say that not everyone is comfortable around “little people.”  At this point, things started to go off the rails.  YHC forgot to count (audibly) a few reps and after each round there was more mummblechatter and shenanigans, one of the reasons YHC skipped the 15 count on the way down….to keep things moving and under control.   While all of this was going on,  we learned that Popeye once played the Mayor of the Lollipop Guild (Wizard of Oz…..Munchkins!) in a school musical.  I can assure Popeye that his F3 life will never be the same…..because that is something that String Bean will NEVER forget and he’ll make sure that EVERYONE else knows.

It was a great day and always an honor and pleasure to lead men in the gloom.  I appreciate the call out, Cousin IT!
