  • Tempo merkins

Circuit #2; 21-15-9

  • Front rack lunges
  • Burpees

Circuit #3; Tabata style

  • kettlebell swings
  • lateral lunges

Circuit #4; EMOM, 9 minutes

  • 10 cleans each side
  • 10 snatches each side
  • 10 jerk/presses each side

Circuit #5; AMRAP the rest of the time

  • 5 burpees
  • 10 KB swings
  • Farmer’s carry down, waiter’s carry back
