Like any PAX, YHC found it was time to throw his name back in the Q mix for #BoydLeeBeatdown. Consequently this week was open and it was now YHC’s. Strong numbers have been showing and hoped that would continue. We got doubled up at #Broga, but hoped the PAX would soon roll-up. Abu ran a mile with YHC to keep the streak alive while Slim Jim and Spin Cycle chilled in the back of his truck. When we arrived back Strokes and Panther joined us.

The Thang

Partner up with different partner for each AMRAP:

10 Minutes
Counter – 50 SSH (one partner) while other does Bicep Curls, then flapjack.
Counter – 40 SSH (one partner) while other does Tricep Extensions, then flapjack.
Counter – 30 SSH (one partner) while other does Bicep Curls, then flapjack.
Counter – 50 SSH (one partner) while other does Tricep Extensions, then flapjack.
Counter – 40 SSH (one partner) while other does Bicep Curls, then flapjack.
Counter – 30 SSH (one partner) while other does Tricep Extensions, then flapjack.
Rinse and Repeat while there is time.
Strokes had a question during the exercise, we didn’t really hear him out till we were done with the whole beatdown. The rep scheme and exercises tripped him up a little mentally.

10 Minutes
Counter – Run around the building (one partner) while other does American Swings, then flapjack.
Counter – Run around the building (one partner) while other does Russian Swings, then flapjack.
Rinse and Repeat while there is time.

5 Minutes
Counter – Farmer Carry both KB’s to #ShovelFlag and back (one partner) while other does donkey kicks, then flapjack.
Rinse and Repeat while there is time (YHC gladly cut this one down to 5).

10 Minutes
Counter – 50 PJ (one partner) while other does High Pulls, then flapjack.
Counter – 40 PJ (one partner) while other does High Pulls, then flapjack.
Counter – 30 PJ (one partner) while other does High Pulls, then flapjack.
Rinse and Repeat while there is time (your welcome Spin Cycle for getting to do the same amount of PJ).

5 Minutes
Counter – Sprint to #ShovelFlag, mosey back (one partner) while other does Right Arm Snatch, then flapjack.
Counter – Sprint to #ShovelFlag, mosey back (one partner) while other does Left Arm Snatch, then flapjack.
Counter – Bear Crawl to First Tree (one partner) while other does Right Arm Snatch, then flapjack.
Counter – Bear Crawl to First Tree (one partner) while other does Left Arm Snatch, then flapjack.
Rinse and Repeat while there is time (Abu called YHC out to use heavier KB).

5 Minutes
Counter – Bear Crawl to Second Tree (one partner) while other does Right Arm Clean, then flapjack.
Counter – Bear Crawl to Second Tree (one partner) while other does Left Arm Clean, then flapjack.
Counter – Bear Crawl to First Tree (one partner) while other does Right Arm Clean, then flapjack.
Counter – Bear Crawl to First Tree (one partner) while other does Left Arm Clean, then flapjack.
Rinse and Repeat while there is time (thanks Abu for Partnering up so YHC could use heavier KB’s).

5 Minutes
Counter – Lunge to Second Tree and High Knees Back (one partner) while other does Pull-up Pants, then flapjack.
Counter – Lunge to First Tree and High Knees Back (one partner) while other does Pull-up Pants, then flapjack.
Rinse and Repeat while there is time.
