Abu told me I was on the schedule after question his on the July 4th kettlebell workout. It seems as if we were doing yoga with kettlebells and doing exercises my body could not quite get comfortable with. I made the comment of what happened to the simple exercises and he said I could do them when I Q in a few weeks. I took that to heart and didn’t want to disappoint the PAX with some old school KB exercises and Wimpie Legs of course.
