YHC has been using a whiteboard in several workouts recently and have really enjoyed the challenges. When you have something written down for all to see there is no going back, you need to complete what is there no matter how tough it is. The whiteboard doesn’t care that you are sore or ate BBQ last night, it just sits there and says do what you are told. So we did.

The Thang
Mosey down the path and then up the path to a wall where we did 2 minutes AMRAP of 20 sec Box Jump and 20 sec Erkins then back to Box Jump and so on. Then moseyed to the area in between 2 baseball fields were PAX noticed the whiteboard stashed.
So laid out the rules for completing 10 rounds with RedBox.
We would first bear crawl to the sidewalk, then complete 10 reps of the exercise, then go to the far fence and complete another set of the same exercise, then come back to the sidewalk for the 3rd set of that same exercise, then bear crawl back to the start. Rest for 10 and then move to the next round with the same pattern.
So if you are doing the math we completed 3 sets of 10 and 2 sets of bear crawls for each round (no bear crawls on round #4)
