The Thang:

Warm up- good mornings, arm circles, SSH, high knees, butt kickers, burpees, indian run around BLP back to the courtyard. then we started w/ exercises- Squats/LBC/Merkins- (5/10/15/10/5) then reverse lunges/American hammers/renegade rows (5/10/15/10/5) then mosey to the picnic shelter for step ups/WW1/bench dips (5/10/15/10/5). finishes up just in time to mosey to the flag

Prayer requests- Vanilla and Case (snake bite), Wimpie (move and changes at work)

Ive been out for a week d/t injury so was good to get back to gloom. good effort by everyone today although I struggled after my week off. Thanks to everyone for the Q and good fellowship today.
