YHC figured he would take the Q, it being the Monday after GrowRuck and all.

Warm up: Pledge, SSH, side lunges, good mornings, and cotton pickers.

The Thang:

Mosey to the rock pile for curls (doing bottom half, top half, and then full), squats, and tricep extensions. Drop your rock and take one lap around the circle. Come back, grab your rock, rinse and repeat twice.

Mosey to the center circle by the ballfields for a modified Dora. Traditional Dora with three people doesn’t work that well, so we did 50 merkins in sets of 25, running to the second light pole and back after each set, 100 squats (running after each set of 25) and 150 LBCs (running after each set of 50). Then, we did sets of dips and urkins on the wall there at the circle.

Mosey to the wall for peoples chair with a 10 count down the line and balls to the wall with a 10 count down the line. We repeated once, and then moseyed to the flag right at 6:15.
