Mosey to the rock pile and partner up

  • 1 PAX bear crawl down and moseys back while the other does overhead press (100 combined)
  • 1 PAX lunges down and moseys while the other does curls for the girls (100 combined)
  • 1 Pax runs down and moseys back while other does tricep extensions (100 combined)
  • Overhead carry your rock over head down down and back switching hands halfway while the other PAX did burpees.

Mosey halfway around the track and stop in the center

  • Dora 1-2-3
    • Collectively complete the following while one PAX runs down to light pole
      • 100 Merkins
      • 200 LBCs
      • 300 squats
    • Mosey to the wall for some people chair
      • This was a terrible idea from Patch who knew that Spinal Tap would slow count and boy did he ever.  Legs were burning.  YHC also had to poop so sitting in this position did not help.  “engage the glutes and sphincter were mentioned by someone on the other end”
    • Mosey to the flag for some Mary
