Today was National #GetUpDay. YHC had to pinch-hit for the scheduled Q. I decided to keep it simple(-ish):

Warmup:

  • SSH
  • Michael Phelps
  • High Knees
  • Butt Kickers

The Thang:

Mosey to the rock pile and grab a rock. Had to move to the center entry circle due to muddiness in the field, where we did:

  • Curls for the girls
  • Tricep extensions
  • Bent-over rows
  • V-Ups
  • Oh, and bear crawl a certain number of rocks around the circle between exercises.

Put the rocks back and mosey to the center of the ballfields for Dora, doing 100 merkins, 200 squats, and 300 LBCs.

Looking at the clock, YHC decided to insert an MSU audible and went to one of the ball fields, where we went around the bases and did merkins, mountain climbers, and jump squats. The slick and muddy infield dirt made this an enjoyable adventure.

Back to the weinke- mosey to the shelter for 11s with urkins and dips, stepping up and over the picnic table in between. We then added WW1s and WW2s on top of the tables.

Mosey to the wall for BTTW (10 count down the line), People’s Chair (another 10 count down the line), and Chicken Peckers (5 count down the line- 1 shoulder is 1).

Mosey to the flag for some Marys, with each PAX selecting an exercise until we hit 6:15.

We finished with prayer requests, took a knee to pray, and took a selfie.
